William Durant (in paraphrasing Aristotle) said:
“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit.”
This is very true of speaking excellent English.
You don’t speak to get good. You get good because you speak – think about that carefully, because it’s NOT the same thing.
