Is There a Mother Language?

Do all languages have the same parent language? Maybe. Check out this video, where I answer this question: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xS3TOowukrw The observant among you will notice that I pronounced the word "Sanskrit" wrong (I said "sansSKIRT"). Honestly? When I studied the history of English years ago I misread this and got into a bad habit of pronouncing it wrong. Whatever, don't worry about it. Best, Julian
